How does it work practically
Thanks to our innovative way of working, the customer no longer has to leave his home. After we have received your order. We will send an orthopedic foam box. In which you make a print yourself in a very simple way. For this there is a very clear instruction sheet with the foam box, which also tells you how to send the footprint back to us. Once we have received the print, we convert it to a digital footprint using a 3D scanner. This scan works to a precision of 0.01 mm. Our orthopedic expert gets to work with this digital footprint. Once the design is complete, the soles are manufactured. After a few days you will receive your custom-made insoles from us. Do you still have questions? What is a fitting and what does it include?
A fitting, also known as a fitting moment, is now done at home. For this you will receive a foam box that you can use to make your footprints. Our Free Complimentary Fittings Include:

Can I order multiple fittings?
You always receive one fitting as standard, regardless of how many soles you order. However, if you would like to receive multiple fittings, please indicate this in your order by adding a comment, such as "I want three pairs of soles with unique fittings". We will then send three foam boxes instead of one. If you would like other customizations or have any questions, please contact us.
Can I also order a large number of soles for my company or organization?
Yes, for large quantities or other questions, please contact us. We are happy to help you with your request.
What if I have problems with my soles or fittings?

How often should I replace my ComfortStep soles?
This depends on the amount of use and the conditions in which the soles are used. If you use the soles a lot, or if you walk a lot on hard surfaces, you may need to replace the soles more often than someone who walks less or walks on soft surfaces. They must be renewed on average every 1.5 - 2 years. That is why we are the only one in the market to offer automatic renewal.
Can I also use the soles during sports?
Yes, the ComfortStep soles are designed to improve the performance of the feet and reduce fatigue, so they are ideal for use during sports activities.
How can I clean the soles?
You can easily clean the soles with a damp cloth and possibly a very fine drop of soap. Then let the soles dry thoroughly before using them again. Dry these by letting them air dry at room temperature. Never put your soles on the heater.
Can I also use the soles in my work boots?
No, only our: 3D-Print & Certified - ProStep soles . This is because they are specially certified. If you put these soles in your work shoes, the guarantee of your work shoe will lapse.
How can I return the soles if I am not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we cannot take back the soles as this is a custom-made product. Please contact our customer service for more information about the return procedure. Or read more about it on our return policy page .
How long does everything take?
After we have received your payment, you will receive your fitting within three working days. After that, it depends on how quickly you return your printouts and complete the online questionnaire. If you do this on the same day, you can in principle receive your new unique pair of soles five working days later.
Sole length
We will make soles that fit perfectly based on the fitting package. If you want the soles to be made 3/4 or 1/2. Then you can indicate this in the online questionnaire. You can only fill this in after you have received your fitting package.
