How long will my soles last?

Depending on intensity of use, approximately 2 years before the effect decreases.

My pain does not improve with the insoles, what now?

The symptoms may disappear gradually and it may take several weeks. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee of improvement.

Will my soles wear out quickly?

Depends on factors such as intensity and perspiration.

Costs

How much do custom insoles cost?

A pair of custom-made soles cost 119 euros with us, including VAT and shipping. Not reimbursed by health insurer.

How do I maintain my soles?

It is best to clean your soles with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive or aggressive agents, as this can damage the covering layer of your soles.

Can I wear my insoles during sports activities?

Yes, you can wear your soles during sports activities. Please note that with intensive activities, the wear of the soles may increase.

Delivery time and delivery

How long does delivery take?

The delivery of your fitting package takes approximately 3 working days, from then on it depends on when you return the footprints made to De Post. If it is the same day, then you can expect your insoles approximately one week later. On average, it takes just under two weeks from A to Z. Which is faster than the competition and we are proud of this!

What is the delivery?

Delivery of your soles is free within Belgium. For other countries, possible shipping costs apply.

Payment and cancellation

How can I pay?

You can pay for your soles via the many payment methods. You can find these at the bottom right of the website.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order up until the day we receive your prints. Once we receive your prints, cancellation is no longer possible.
